Boy band JYJ opened a new chapter in Kpop history on Saturday by staging a solo concert in Europe for a first time among Korean performers. They staged a successful concert in Poble Espanyol, an open-air architectural museum in Barcelona, Spain.

Since the venue was located in a heritage site, they were not allowed to use special effects such as fireworks, and the size of the concert was by necessity restricted

The band started the show with the song "Empty" from their English album, which was released worldwide last year. They followed this with "Ayyy Girl," composed by U.S. producer Kanye West, and "Be My Girl" by Rodney Jerkins. They also showed off their dancing skills with local performers to a routine created by renowned Spanish choreographer Rafa Mendez.

Over 3,000 fans came to watch the concert from all over Europe including France, Romania and Switzerland. Some even flew from Asia and Latin America, and a certain number of fans arrived the previous day and camped out to make sure they caught the show. The band will hold another European concert in Germany this coming Sunday.

JYJ was formed when three of the original pop quintet TVXQ sued their management agency SM Entertainment in 2009 and left to create their own band

Girl group T-ara will be having a very busy end of the year ahead of them.

It has been revealed, through T-ara's Japanese website, that the girls will hold a series of concert in Japan this December. "T-ara X'mas Premium LIVE' will be held at Tokyo's Shinagawa Stella Ball on December 20th, Nagoya's Zepp Nagoya on the 21st and in Osaka's Zepp Osaka on the next day.

It has been also revealed that only purchasers of T-ara's latest single "Yayaya" will be able to sign up for the concert. Tickets will not be sold separately.

"Yayaya" will be T-ara's follow up track after Japanese debut single "Bo Peep Bo Peep". The single will be released on November 30th in Japan.

Meanwhile, T-ara is currently gearing up for their Korea's comeback. Earlier, the girls revealed the teaser video for their upcoming movie music video "Cry Cry".

Singer Jay Park will be kicking off his comeback with a release of his new album.

On October 31st, according to his agency SidusHQ, "Jay Park will be releasing new digital single titled 'Girl Friend' on the midnight of November 2nd. The song will be his first released after seven months following his mini-album 'TAKE A DEEPER LOOK' last April."

The album "Girl Friend" is both written and composed by Jay Park himself. It will carry an R&B tune with a storyline of a man confessing his unchanging love for a woman.

His first teaser video will be released tonight, while his first comeback performance will kick off at the "2011 Style Icon Awards" which will be held on November 3rd.

Meanwhile, Jay Park recently headed to the Philippines for "MTV Exit Live in Manila". The concert is a part of the movement to end human exploitation and trafficking, the world's third largest criminal industry.

Actor Jang Geun Suk made a series of tweets warning his die-hard fans to keep their actions within acceptable levels.

On October 30th, the actor wrote "Dear stalkers, you may chase me around and then talk about me while deceiving youselves into thinking that you know every single thing about me. But do you know? You are getting that much further away from me. Laugh while you can, I get nasty when I am angry." He warned his aggressive fans not to lurk around deeper, digging out personal lives like his house and filming sites.

After answering several of the responses, Jang ended saying, "I know each and every one of your faces. You may be ecstatic over the fact that I know your faces now but I'm telling you, smile when you can. You're out from now on!"

He continued, "The acceptable level I'm talking about is to stop when I tell you to stop chasing me. That is all."

Jang Geunsuk recently returned back to Korea to continue filming for his drama "Love Rain" with SNSD's Yoona. He also just finished touring around Japan over the past few days, and is set to return with his last performance on November 26th

SNSD took New York by storm with their successful comeback track "The Boys" and a sold out concert "SMTOWN in New York".

After the concert, the girls were interviewed by MTV IGGY at the MTV building in Time Square. Tiffany and Jessica, being fluent in English, mostly spoke for the group. However, attitude of the members during the interview are becoming a hot issue particularly members Taeyeon and Yoona.

During the interview, Taeyeon and Yoona appeared somewhat to be completely devoid of energy bearing "dark expression". While other members laughed and smiled, both of them caught up with blank and expressionless look. This event created stirs questioning their professionalism.

Netizens criticized, "As Korea's cultural representatives, shouldn't they put their best face forward?", "Very unprofessional" etc.

SHINee proved their tremendous popularity once again by crashing the Britain's largest theater chain's reservation system server.

SHINee will hold this gala concert after they are invited to 'The 6th London Korean Film Festival' and SHINee is the first Korean idol to hold a solo concert in London.

In fact, SHINee has already performed in AbbeyRoadStudios (famous for studio of Beatles) in June as the first Asian artist, but it was intended for media and music officials and held in private. However, since this performance is the first solo gala concert in London, which is open to fans, competition for tickets was expected.

Actually, as soon as ticket sales began for this concert on the 27th, Odeon's reservation system, the Britain's largest theater chain, went down for 5 hours because it was overwhelmed by the thousands of fans who were trying to buy tickets.

Therefore, not only the reservation for SHINee's concert but also reservation for other movie tickets of hundreds of theaters in Britain was unavailable. Fans made reservation through phone calls or visited the theater to get the tickets after waiting for long lines. Local audiences, who wanted to buy other tickets, unusually reserved them by phone or purchased on site.

Odeon said "It's our first time to make server down by ticket booking. We never expect this much of people coming in all at once," and it is said that for SHINee fans' safety, Odeon will develop measures to keep order at the theater.

SHINee will perform their hit songs including 'Replay' 'Juliette' 'Ring Ding Dong' 'LUCIFER' etc. and have an interview session at this gala concert.
