Girls’ Generation member Jessica, who is currently gaining much interest through her appearance on KBS2TV‘s ‘Wild Romance‘, transformed into an elegant goddess for J.ESTINA‘s 2012 Spring/Summer collection.

For the photoshoot, Jessica is wearing a simple, white dress, which is the 2012 Spring/Summer trend color. Some ruffles were added to accent her feminine beauty.  Her outfit perfectly complimented the soft, blue ‘SPLASH‘ bag that sat in front of her. In addition, Jessica channeled her inner ‘Grace Kelly’ to express the rich, classic concept of this line.

The head of J.ESTINA’s strategy department, Song Ji Won, stated, “Many people have shown much curiosity after the photoshoot collaboration between Girls’ Generation, who have shown their skills through singing and acting, and J.ESTINA.  In particular, the ‘SPLASH’ line that Jessica is advertising has been very successful, rising to the top-selling item as soon as it was released.”

Meanwhile, fans and fashionistas will be able to purchase the 2012 Spring/Summer collection that Girls’ Generation is advertising nationwide in late February.

IU reveals MV for ‘Last Fantasy’

Back in November, IU released her album, ‘Last Fantasy’. Along with this release, the MV for the title track “You & I” was also revealed. It took a while but now, the Music Video for the ninth track on the album, “Last Fantasy” has finally been unveiled.

This special video contains footage from IU’s Japanese debut showcase ‘IU JAPAN PREMIUM SPECIAL LIVE‘ held at the Bunkamura Orchard Hall back on January 24th. This is a special gift for her fans, as the video reveals not only footage from the showcase, but also include clips of IU touring the cities of Japan and her every day promotions and activities.

Former SOLID member Kim Johan releases “Do You Remember” with MBLAQ’s Lee Joon & Mir

After announcing that they would be working on a collaboration project, legendary singer and former SOLID member Kim Johan has released his new track, "Do You Remember" with MBLAQ members, MirLee Joon!

"Do You Remember" is a remake of Jo Kwan Woo's hit "Winter Story" that was released back in 1995. The song was written by composer Shin Jae Hong who also wrote Lim Jae Bum's "For You", "Scars Deeper Than Love", and Jo Jung Hyun's "Even Loved The Pain".

K Entertainment who produced the album remarked, "Mir's rap and Kim Jo Han's sensuous vocals properly deliver the desperate emotions of the original song, "Winter Story". Everyone has a past love story full of memories and regret, and the boys bring these emotions to the surface."

"Different from their fierce and masculine image with MBLAQ, Lee Joon and Mir will be showing a softer, more sensitive side of themselves through this new album," they added.

Shinsadong Tiger’s girl group ‘EXID’ reveals their first teaser

The ‘Midas Hand of K-Pop’, Shinsadong Tiger, has kicked off promotions for the upcoming debut of his girl group, ‘EXID‘.

On February 10th, the producer released EXID’s first video teaser under the title, ‘Whoz That Girl‘. K-Pop fans were treated to a talented display of dance moves from an unnamed girl, whose swagger and flow drew immediate admiration from viewers.

As reported earlier, EXID (short for ‘Exceed in Dreaming) is comprised of six girls. According to the description attached to this video, their names are Yuji, LE, Dami, Hani, Hae Ryung, and Jung Hwa.

EXID will release their debut album, ‘Holla‘, on February 16th. Stay tuned to allkpop for more updates!

T-ara’s Jiyeon, Song Joong Ki, & more come together for ‘Another Face Another Dream’ campaign

Photographer Kim Joong Man has embarked on a campaign to bring awareness to patients suffering from facial burns.

In order to draw attention to his cause, he’s enlisted the help of celebrities like Kim Hee Sun, Jeon Do Yeon, Jang Yoon Joo, Sung Shi Kyung, Song Joong Ki, Kim Hyo Jin, Choi Bool Ahm, Park Ye Jin, and T-ara‘s Jiyeon.

Each celebrity is seen wearing glasses or sunglasses to bring attention to ‘eyesight’ or ‘vision’, one of the main issues that plague patients with facial burns.

The rest of the photos for the ‘Another Face Another Dream’ campaign can be found in the February issue of ‘Dazed’ magazine.

Son Ho Young & MBLAQ face embarrassing situations on MBC’s ‘Sudden Attack’

Son Ho Young, one of the members of legendary idol group g.o.d, faced an embarrassing situation on MBC’s ‘Sudden Attack’.

For the show’s pilot episode, Son Ho Young and the members of MBLAQ visited a karaoke room to hold a surprise event with the guests inside.

In one of the rooms, Son Ho Young asked the guests in the room to sing “Lies”, one of g.o.d’s biggest hits. To Ho Young’s dismay, the guests (who were in their early 20′s) belted out Big Bang‘s “Lies” instead.

As if that wasn’t enough, one of the guests asked Son Ho Young if he knew of g.o.d., causing Son Ho Young to feel even more embarrassed.

During the same segment, MBLAQ’s Seungho and Mir were caught in a hilarious situation as they were tasked to sing while getting piggyback rides from the female guests.

On February 8th, Junsu tweeted, “Happy birthday to my beloved mom! [It's] January 7th, according to the lunar calendar! I love you, mom..!

The idol attached a photo of his mom in her younger years, and fans were struck by her elegant beauty.

Girls’ Generation’s Seohyun sheds tears while watching the ‘dangerous boys’ perform

Girls’ Generation‘s Seohyun has drawn the public’s attention after she shed tears at a performance.

Recently, an online community board shared these photos under the title, ‘Seohyun crying while watching Secret Jam‘.

These pictures were reportedly taken on February 5th, when Girls’ Generation attended the ‘Secret Jam’ dance contest in support of their five ‘dangerous boys’. If you remember, the girl group became mentors to five troubled young boys for their JTBC show, ‘SNSD and the Dangerous Boys‘.

From the program's very first episode, the boys have been working hard to compete in the 'Secret Jam' dance competition. Though the boys knew nothing about dancing, they worked hard, practiced every day, and showed great signs of improvement. In the end, Seohyun was moved to tears as she watched the boys’ hard work pay off.

Netizens commented, "Not only is she beautiful on the outside, but she’s beautiful on the inside too", "Even when she cries, she looks like an angel", and "Seohyun seems to have a pure, innocent heart."

Kangta, Baek Ji Young, Gil, & Shin Seung Hoon to perform remake of SECRET’s “Magic”

The four coaches from ‘Voice Korea’ have come together to perform their version of SECRETs hit song, “Magic”.

Though they’ve been busy with their respective schedules, Shin Seung Hoon, Baek Ji Young, Gil, and Kangta made sure to pencil in rehearsals in order to deliver an outstanding performance. With the four being close friends, they had no problems with their teamwork.

According to a source, the quartet’s version of “Magic” will be rhythmic and contains the addition of a brass line. Thanks to their flawless harmonies, the four judges were able to deliver a whole new feel to “Magic”.

You can catch their performance on the pilot episode of ‘Voice Korea’ on February 10th. The remake will be available through various music portals on the 11th.

FUBU reveals new CFs with Big Bang’s T.O.P

Casual clothing brand FUBU has finally revealed its CFs with endorsement model, T.O.P!

FUBU has been teasing the public for weeks with behind-the-scenes snapshots from filming locations – now fans will finally get to see the results through three different commercials!

In these CFs, footage of T.O.P and designer Suh Sang Young are run side-by-side to showcase the parallel lives between a top-class entertainer and fashion designer. Both T.O.P and Suh Sang Young are seen working hard on their respective crafts, while making sure to live it up.

The brand seems to advertising a new look from FUBU, as seen by the keywords “Dandy”, “Friendly“, and “Soft“. FUBU was known primarily for its hip hop style, but it looks like it’s branched out to reach a broader consumer base.

Cube CEO congratulates A Pink’s Eun Ji & Bomi on their high school graduation

A Pink‘s ’93-line’, Yoon Bomi and Jung Eun Ji have graduated from high school! Bomi and Eun Ji both received congratulatory messages from Cube Entertainment‘s chairman, Hong Seung Sung, who also took the time to snap some selcas with his artists.

On February 9th, CEO Hong tweeted, ”Eunji, congrats congrats on graduating!“. He then followed up with a second photo, this time with A Pink’s Bomi. ”Congrats congrats to Bomi too,” he wrote.

Fans were touched by the close father-daughter relationship the chairman shared with the A Pink members. They tweeted in response, “You guys are like a family!” and “The CEO really cares about his artists

Eun Ji had graduated from Busan Hyehwa Girls' High School, while Bomi graduated from Korea Arts High School.

Girls’ Generation’s Seohyun to collaborate with Yoon Gun?

Rumors are flying high over a suspected collaboration between Girls’ Generation‘s Seohyun and R&B singer Yoon Gun.

On February 9th, SM Entertainment updated Girls' Generation's official Facebook page with a mysterious picture of Seohyun and a red muffler. Its accompanying caption read, “Girls' Generation's maknae Seohyun has prepared an interesting collaboration. Are you looking forward to it? It’s with the owner of that red muffler by the windowsill…."

Netizens had hoped that Seohyun’s duet partner would be Jung Yonghwa, Seohyun’s virtual husband from MBC‘s ‘We Got Married‘. However, once they learned about Yoon Gun’s tweet (sent out on the same day as the Facebook update), they became convinced that Seohyun’s partner was none other than Yoon Gun.

The R&B singer had posted a picture of sweet potatoes along with the message: "Included is a clear and pure voice of a young woman."

Sweet potatoes, or yams, are items publicly associated with Seohyun, who’s known to have a mania for them.

Excited fans commented, "It's so unexpected! I am very looking forward to it", "It's really funny how he uploaded a picture of the sweet potato", and "Even though they don't directly say it, the association is so obvious."

B1A4′s Gong Chan graduates from high school

B1A4‘s Gong Chan has officially become a high school graduate!

On February 9th, Gong Chan graduated from the Seoul Arts High School along with MYNAME‘S JunQ.

Gong Chan is seen wearing his cute mustard-yellow school uniform that he’s previously revealed to fans. Based on the pictures taken at the event, he seems to have enjoyed a day of simply being ‘graduating senior’ Gong Chan Shik.

Aside from Gong Chan, other idols who’ve graduated this year include IU, Girls Day's Minah, INFINITE's Sung Jong, A Pink's Bomi and Eun Ji, and actor Yoo Seung Ho.

F.T. Island wins #1! + Performances from February 9th’s ‘M! Countdown’

Mnet's "M! Countdown" is back with another episode of spectacular performances with all the artists you love plus Boom as a special MC.

Aside from the usual stages tonight, B.A.P held their debut stage on the program with “Warrior“, while rookie singer Ailee debuted with “Angel“.

Furthermore, rookie girl group SPICA also held their debut stage with “Russian Roulette“. Se7en returns once more to the stage of ‘M! Countdown’ with his J.Y.Park-produced hit “When I Can’t Sing“.

Lastly, Stellar is back with their 2nd single titled “UFO“, and M.Street returns with “My Angel“.

Competing for the #1 spot, it was a hot battle between MBLAQ, Se7en, and F.T. Island, but in the end, it was F.T. Island who clinched the win tonight with "Severely"!

Se7en is back with “When I Can’t Sing” on ‘M! Countdown’

Popular solo artist Se7en has finally made his return with the release of his 2nd mini album, which contains six brand new tracks for fans to enjoy.

This time around, the R&B star worked with none other than J.Y.Park on one of his main tracks titled "When I Can't Sing", which Se7en continued to perform today on Mnet’s 'M! Countdown'.

In addition, Se7en performed "Somebody Else" as part of a 'comeback stage tradition', and of course to melt the hearts of fans after previously headlining with "Better Together".

TS Entertainment's first boy group, B.A.P, have finally unleashed their debut single, 'Warrior' and are continuing promotions with their first ever live stage on Mnet‘s ‘M! Countdown‘!

While their music video blew fans away with its 'in-your-face' attitude and strong swagger, many were waiting for their live performance to develop an opinion. On February 9th, the boys delivered an outstanding debut stage that drew loud screams and even fan chants from the audience.

New idol group B.A.P made an explosive debut last month with their hot single, ‘Warrior‘. K-Pop fans were entranced not just by their aggressive hip-hop sound, but also by their intriguing mix of street punk fashion with angel boy looks.

On February 9th, B.A.P’s agency TS Entertainment shared a behind-the-scenes video from the jacket photoshoot for ‘Warrior’. The boys charmed fans as they easily switched from ‘hard’ to ‘shy’, depending on the camera.
