Late Jung Ah Yool’s actor friend reveals she was “treated inhumanely” on set

Posted: 16 Jun 2012 02:11 AM PDT

A couple of days ago, rookie actress Jung Ah Yool was found after hanging herself in her home, shaking up the entertainment industry with the news of her death. With the investigations into the reason behind her suicide still going on, a fellow actor friend of hers recently shed some light on her work environment.

The friend lamented the death of Jung Ah Yool, writing, “Suicide should never be the solution so everything’s so upsetting. When I first met her, it was so nice to see her bright smile. I thought that she was such a nice and innocent person when I talked to her and thought that she would grow to become a successful actress.

“I am seriously resentful of that person who did not give her strength on the filming set, but instead treated her inhumanely. You’re going to pay for your sins!!! I hate them all… It would have been different if just one person had warmly hugged her, consoled her, gave her strength, supported her, or gave her hope.”

As previously reported, the actress was also said to have suffered from depression.

INFINITE members poke fun at leader Sunggyu on ‘Sketchbook’

Posted: 16 Jun 2012 12:42 AM PDT

INFINITE appeared on June 15th’s airing of ‘Yoo Hee Yeol’s Sketchbook‘. They performed their hit songs, and participated in an honest interview.

During the interview portion, leader Sunggyu was asked, “What gives INFINITE a competitve edge?” Sunggyu answered, “Our teamwork is great. There is also a familiarity about us.

Sunggyu joked, “Of course, we’re good looking,” while adding that the group “also has a familiar charm like a next door neighbor.” He explained that rather than seeing them as idols far from reach, people view them as a group that is made up of guys who could be friends.

The group also took the opportunity to pick on their leader, much to his embarrassment. When Yoo Hee Yeol asked, “With all of you living together, do you guys fight or get upset with each other? Who gets upset the most frequently?” Woohyun immediately pointed to Sunggyu, stating, “This guy over here.”

Sunggyu’s eyes widened as he started to stammer out an excuse, listing reasons such as that the members did not offer to take care of things like cleaning.

Hearing his excuse, Sungyeol blurted, “It’s not like that! This hyung alone hasn’t cleaned for the past two years!” Sunggyu responded with an exaggerated laugh as he stated, “What do you mean two years!” Dongwoo hilariously added, “He doesn’t clean, instead he watches and gives us orders.”

Over 100 reporters bustled at the scene, and Junsu made an effort to genuinely respond to each question asked. On being in Indonesia, he revealed, “I wanted to come here with all of the members of JYJ so I’m a bit disappointed that I couldn’t. I’m glad that I can come to such an amazing country as a solo artist so I will promise you that I’ll put on a show just as amazing.”

When asked why he dyed his hair blue, he replied, “Since this is my first time visiting Indonesia, I wanted to create a fresh start with myself. I also wanted to just change it up a bit.”

Reporters then asked what kind of advice he’d give to Indonesian youth on their futures. “As you live on, you’ll realize that where there is good, there is also bad. Don’t waste your energy on the bad and try to be satisfied with the good. Gaining positive energy will bring about great accomplishments.”
