Se7en thanks everyone for the warm reception in Taiwan

Posted: 09 Oct 2012 08:49 AM PDT

Se7en held the 'Se7en Taiwan Loving Tour' recently and after the fan meeting, he went to celebrate with staff at a restaurant. Fans also followed and the restaurant was packed with people.

Se7en himself is a food lover and is interested in all kinds of different food, especially chicken dishes. The restaurant especially made the food spicier and richer in taste just for Se7en which increased his appetite. He ate extra rice and said "This taste is very special, very different from Korean food!"

The restaurant prepared extra dishes for him especially, including date and red bean buns with a '7′ on them, and a sweet melon cup (the one in the photo) with the word 'seven' stuck on it in crystals which made him very happy.

Fans were seated outside the VIP room and screamed when they saw Se7en as well as taking photos with the dancers who passed by. After the meal, Se7en and the staff had a private schedule before returning to the hotel.

On the morning he was leaving, he packed his bags with his manager and discussed the gifts which his fans gave him including Taiwan specialties Kinmen Kaoliang liquor, walnut cupcakes. For this trip, fans also prepared cup noodles and snacks from Korea and Taiwan for him to eat when he wanted to. Se7en packed everything he had not eaten and took the fans' love with him back to Korea.

He arrived at Terminal 1 at the Taoyuan airport to return to Korea and at the airport, 30 or so fans were waiting to say goodbye to him. While he was waiting for check in procedures, he stood at the entrance to customs to say goodbye and wave to fans.

Se7en smiled happily and is very satisfied with his trip to Taiwan this time. He asked MK entertainment to tell everyone that "Thank you to everyone for your warm reception and I'll be back to see everyone if there is an opportunity!"

Jaejoong is Happy To Have Come To BIFF Sooner Than Yoochun & Junsu

Posted: 09 Oct 2012 02:14 AM PDT

JYJ's Jaejoong, who is making his debut on the Korean big screens through the move "Here Comes Jackal", made an appearance at the 17th Busan International Film Festival.

Jaejoong, who made attended a stage greeting for "Here Comes Jackal" with his co-star Song Ji Hyo, on 5 Oct at the BIFF Village outdoor stage in Haeundae, Busan, was greeted by cheers from the Busan residents when he appeared on stage.

When the MC posed him a question, "How do you feel about coming to the Busan International Film Festival sooner than Yoochun and Junsu?", Jaejoong laughed and replied jokingly, "I am happy to have come to Busan sooner than Junsu and Yoochun".

Jaejoong plays the role of a top star in Korea in "Here Comes Jackal". He explained, "The movie depicts the events which unfold following the kidnap of a big star. As it has a lot of action scenes, and also has a lot of comedy included, it is a movie that can be enjoyed in different ways." When asked how he felt about challenging his first movie, Jaejoong's response was, "Although it was my first time filming, I could feel the appeal of movies. It was to the extent that once it ended, I wanted to take on another movie."

On this day, the fans who had gathered at the BIFF village cheered at everything that Jaejoong said. In response to this, Ryu Shi Hyun, who was the MC, and Song Ji Hyo, also expressed, "Jaejoong is really very popular."

Song Ji Hyo, who plays the killer who kidnaps Jaejoong in the movie, said, "It was not an easy character to take on, and Jaejoong, who is challenging movies for the first time, worked much harder than expected while on site. He's the mood-maker at the fiming site, and allowed us to have fun while filming." She laughed when she went on to say, "He does a lot of adlibs, I sometimes had trouble responding to them."

JYJ’s management is not liable for damage resulting from JYJ’s USA Showcase

Posted: 09 Oct 2012 01:57 AM PDT

JYJ has won the case regarding its concerts in the U.S.A.

On October 7, 2012, Seoul High Court Civil Department 31 (Associate Judge: Dong Won LEE) turned down the lawsuit filed by a creditor 'Kim' of 'C' Company [anonymous] that made a transfer contract with an American promoter. Kim filed the lawsuit to claim exaction of an indemnity of 1.25 billion KRW against C-JeS Entertainment, the management company of JYJ.

"The Court cannot acknowledge the evidence submitted by plaintiff[Kim] insisting that the management company[C-JeS Entertainment] approved that the rights of the concerts had been partly transferred. The fact that C Company made the related contracts and paid certain expense were to fulfill the contract made with the promoter who represented the management[C-JeS], so cannot be acknowledged that it dealt with the affairs of the management itself", explained by the court.

The court continued, "It is not enough to be certain of that the management company deceived C company only based on that it did not settle up after deciding the concerts as free of charge[for the audience], therefore Kim cannot claim restitution of unjust enrichment or repayment of expense of office work".

JYJ was due to perform in Asia, the U.S.A. and other countries after releasing its first album 'The Beginning' in October 2010[2010 Worldwide Showcase] and C Company was in charge of process in Hong Kong and the U.S.A. JYJ had troubles in its work visa in the U.S.A, but the management company spontaneously changed the concerts as free-of-charge and finished the concerts in the U.S.A.

Kim, who had a bond of C Company, filed a lawsuit to claim 1.25 billion KRW against JYJ's management company insisting "The management asked withdrawal on condition of settling up the expense caused by its free concerts but did not fulfill".
