Singer Ivy made a cute transformation after her sexy performance from last week on ‘Immortal Song 2‘.

For the January 19th broadcast, Ivy prepared a cover of Won Jun Hee‘s “Love is like Glass“, and the audience loved her lovable rendition of the song.

Ivy stated before getting on stage, “I want to hear that Ivy is an artist who’s always energetic and shows a unique performance every time.”

However, INFINITE H beat her for the round, and Davichi‘s Kang Min Kyung took the final victory.

INFINITE H collaborate with DJ KOO on ‘Immortal Song 2′

INFINITE H impressed with their youthful, energetic performance on January 19th’s ‘Immortal Song 2‘.

The duo covered “Only One of You” on the Song Seung Hwan and Wang Young Eun special of the competitive show. Old school K-Pop artist DJ KOO from CLON provided the remix for the song and made an appearance on stage as well.

Song Seung Hwan and Wang Young Eun commented, “At that time, Shim Shin‘s stage presence was amazing, but today, [we lost ourselves in your performance as well.] I know why young people go to concerts now. Please give us an autograph before you leave. My daughter told me that I have to get your signatures.”

Though INFINITE H did beat out Ivy, Davichi‘s Kang Min Kyung took home the final win.

CNBLUE’s Yonghwa becomes the 2nd idol to win on ‘Idol Star King’

Yonghwa of CNBLUE became the second idol to win on the ‘Idol Star King’ segment of SBS‘ ‘Star King‘.

On the January 19th episode, the band members competed for the title of “Master Swordsman of Chopsticks” by hitting beer cans with metal chopsticks. They went up against the master of chopsticks from the Daegu region, Kim Moon Soo, and another guest.

The masters had to hit moving beer can targets, while the CNBLUE members had stationary ones, and at the end of the match, Yonghwa came out as the winner.

He stated, “I’m going to cry.” In related news, CNBLUE recently returned with their latest songI’m Sorry“.

’94 line’ members f(x)‘s Sulli, 4minute‘s Sohyun, and miss A‘s Suzy celebrated KARA Jiyoung‘s 19th birthday (Korean age: 20)!

Sulli posted to her me2day on the 19th, “Sohyun, Suzy, Jiyoung, Sulli. Happy Birthday, Jiyoung. Congratulations on turning 20 years old. You know my heart even if I don’t say it, right?”

She also attached photos of the four idols, all born in 1994, having a little celebration. Fans commented, “That looks like heaven”, “Jiyoung was probably happy”, “I’m jealous”, and more.

24K’s Daeil releases choreography clip

24K‘s Daeil released a clip of choreography for Jasun Derulo‘s “Blind.

Daeil (Bigone) created the choreography in the video below for the song. He wrote, “It’s been a dream to share and express honesty through the art of dancing. This is just the first,” hinting that he may be releasing more dance clips in the future.

Shinhwa debate about women who are stronger than they are on ‘Shinhwa Broadcast’

On the upcoming episode of JTBC‘s ‘Shinhwa Broadcast‘, speech instructor Kim Mi Kyung will feature as a guest and test Shinhwa on their speech abilities.

To showcase their skills, the Shinhwa members divided into teams of three after they were asked to debate on the topic, “Do you like a woman who is stronger than you? Yes or no?”

One member stated, “If the woman is stronger than me, my strength would be a waste,” to which Dongwan added, “We are also strong men,” showing his confidence in his side.

JYJ’s Yoochun assures fans he didn’t shave his head for the military

JYJ‘s Yoochun scared fans with his latest hairstyle. After shaving his head, Yoochun had to assure many of his fans that he did not do it because he is planning to enlist in his mandatory military service anytime soon.

When photos of the star’s new haircut appeared online, netizens were expecting him to announced that he’d be leaving for the army. However, C-JeS Entertainment quickly revealed that he simply felt like changing his style after the finale of the MBC drama ‘I Miss You‘.

In other news, Yoochun recently participated in the ‘Kind Library Project‘, which he’s also endorsing, to produce audiobooks for the blind. He also held his first press conference in China.

Sun to halt promotions with Wonder Girls after wedding press conference

Sun will be leaving the Wonder Girls after the upcoming press conference for her wedding.

The Wonder Girls leader will officially stop promoting with the group after her wedding, which will be held on January 26th at 10:30PM KST at Seoul’s Lotte Hotel. Sun is marrying Korean-Canadian James Park, who she met while they were both volunteering in Haiti.

JYP Entertainment announced, “With her wedding ahead on the 26th, Sun will be completing her official promotions after the press conference, which will be held two hours before her wedding.” It was also added that Sun’s fiance will not be attending the conference.

In related news, the Wonder Girls are currently reported to be preparing for solo promotions.

Baechigi tops charts for first time in 8 years since debut

Hip hop duo Baechigi had a big smile on their faces as they announced, “It is our first time ranking first in the eight years since we debuted.

They met with a reporter on January 18th and commented, “We were really surprised when we saw the chart. People around us informed us about the chart’s rankings frequently and sent us congratulatory messages.”

Baechigi released their new songShower of Tears“, which was actually composed two years ago. The duo explained, “The song was made two years ago, but after listening to it, the agency’s president said this song will be successful and recommended us to use it as a title track.

They comtinued, “It has the upbeat rhythm of trot, but the base of this song is actually tango. As we completed the song though, we noticed that it did sound like trot. We think that’s why it’s a song that can be liked by many people.

On January 15th, “Shower of Tears” ranked #1 on MelOn and other music portal sites’ real-time charts. It’s maintined its top position for five consecutive days.

‘I Miss You’ cast gather together for wrap-up party

Following the finale of the hit drama on the 17th, the cast and crew of MBC‘s ‘I Miss You‘ celebrated with a wrap-up party at a restaurant in Yeouido, Seoul on the 18th.

The whole cast, including JYJ‘s Yoochun, Yoon Eun Hye, Yoo Seung Ho, Jang Mi In, Song Ok Sook, Oh Jung Sae, Do Ji Won, Lee Sae Young, and child actors Kim So Hyun and Ahn Do Kyu, were seen enjoying a good time filled with smiles and laughter.

The cast and directors also took time to give a speech, thanking the staff for their hard work. Yoon Eun Hye and Yoo Chun also prepared special gifts for the staff members.

On the January 18th broadcast of KBS 2TV‘s ‘Yoo Hee Yeol’s Sketchbook‘, Girls’ Generation‘s Yuri opened up about how she reacted to the negative reviews of their latest comeback with “I Got A Boy“.

MC Yoo Hee Yeol asked, “How did you feel when you saw the negative reaction,” in response to how the public took some time to adjust to Girls’ Generation’s image transformation.

Yuri revealed, “Because the response was what we expected, we weren’t shocked and [took it fine]. This title track has a lot of fun elements, so we feel good trying something new. It is enjoyable every time.”

According to his agency T.O.P Media, Andy will be holding his talk concert, ‘Happy Andy’s Day‘, on the 20th, a day before his birthday. He has prepared special segments, such as ‘Reply Andy‘ and ‘Ask Andy‘, as well as a birthday party and a handshake event.

Andy will also preview his new song “You & Me“, which will be released on the 21st, to his fans during his talk concert. The song is a medium tempo ballad featuring 100%‘s Minwoo and Rokhyun.

Actor Yoon Si Yoon‘s fans recently showed their appreciation for the cast and crew of tvN‘s ‘Flower Boy Next Door‘ by providing 100 staff members with hot meals on set.

A representative revealed, Park Shin Hye as well as other actors and staff ate the [ox bone stew] and [spicy pork] dishes that the fans prepared for them and enjoyed a delightful meal.” The actor is reported to have repaid the fans who came personally to the drama set by signing autographs and taking photos with them.

Yoon Si Yoon stated, “I am very very thankful that they personally came to the set despite the cold weather. I was worried, so I’m lucky that the response was good. I’ll work harder to show a new side of myself in the future,” showing his gratitude.

The boys of idol rock group CNBLUE are back with a vengeance with their new mini-album 'Re:Blue',

The title track , "I'm Sorry", was penned and composed by the leader Yonghwa, along with many other self-composed works by the CNBLUE quartet. There are six songs on the album including: "Coffee Shop", "La La La" and an English version for "Where You Are".
