Seo In Guk to debut in Japan in April

Having previously signed a contract with Japanese management agency Irving Entertainment last year, singer and actor Seo In Guk is set to make his official debut in Japan this coming April.

A major Japanese sports news outlet, Nikkan Sports recently reported that Seo In Guk will be releasing his Japanese debut album in April. The singer is currently reviewing 500 ballads for his debut track.

Seo In Guk first gained attention in the country since his first KBS drama 'Love Rain' was aired on Japan's Fuji TV. His hit tvN drama 'Reply 1997' was also introduced in Japan.

Shinhwa’s 15th anniversary concert sells out in 5 minutes

Shinhwa proved their continuous popularity as tickets to the group's 15th anniversary concert were snapped up within five minutes of going on sale.

Shinhwa Company announced that all 25,000 tickets for the upcoming '2013 Shinhwa 15th Anniversary Concert' were sold out just five minutes after being released online through Interpark on February 13th.

In addition, more than 300,000 people tried to connect to the website, resulting in the server crashing. Fans who weren't able to get tickets also bombarded the agencies, ticket site and fansites with inquiries and requests for more.

'2013 Shinhwa 15th Anniversary Concert' is scheduled to be held on March 16 and 17 at the Gymnastics Stadium, Olympic Park in Seoul.

Having previously confessed multiple times that her ideal type was Ian Somerhalder, miss A's Suzy seemed to have moved on and this time, picked actor Jung Woo Sung.

On the February 15th episode of MBC's 'Section TV', Suzy was told by the reporter that Jung Woo Sung appeared on the same show last month and had picked her as his ideal type. To this, Suzy bashfully replied, "I saw the interview. I felt so thankful."

Then, the reporter asked her to choose between Jung Woo Sung and Ian Somerhlder, who Suzy told that was her ideal type for a long time. She replied, "Jung Woo Sung, of course. His eyes have something deep."

The singer-turned-actress, who was previously the leader of the original girl group SeeYa, has concentrated on her acting career for the past years. She left her fans buzzing with excitement with hints at a possible comeback to the music industry.

Brand New Music uploaded a couple of photos of Nam Gyuri on their official Twitter, wearing makeup of a R&B singer from 1970~80s. The actress herself also posted on her Twitter, "I've always been a huge fan of Naul. I delivered him a cake. Thank you for amazing songs, and I will wish for even better music."

Attached the post was a photo showing Nam Gyuri posing with Naul, suggesting possibility of a music collaboration between the two artists.

JYJ to attend Korean president inauguration ceremony

Joining the superstar Psy, the boys of JYJ will also be performing at the 18th Korean Presidential Inauguration ceremony of Park Geun Hye on February 25.

The ceremony will take place from 9:20AM at the Nation Assembly Square in Seoul and will showcase videos and songs reflecting upon each generation of Korean history. JYJ will be taking over for the 1990s to 2000s and will perform remix stage of Seo Taiji & Boys' "I Know".

On the other hand, Psy will perform finale with his own songs "Champion" and "Gangnam Style".

C-Jes Entertainment stated, "We're very grateful to be able to participate in a national ceremony as a representative of the generation's artists. We promise to prepare well to provide a good performance."

Super Junior-M holds successful fan party in Thailand

Super Junior-M successfully finished their first fan party in Thailand.

The group held its '2013 Super Junior-M Fan Party Break Down in Bangkok' at the Thunder Dome in Bangkok on February 16, which attracted over 5,000 fans.

During the event, Super Junior-M performed a great number of songs that were rendered just for the show, including their latest title track "Break Down" as well as "Go", "Good Bye My Love" and other songs from their second studio album.

The acapella performance of "Me", the playing of instruments while performing "Love is Sweet", "U", "Sorry Sorry", and individual performance from the members' also drew much attention from their Thai fans.

The boys also had a great talk time with the fans, had quiz games, photo time, and a great number of other special events. Thai fans expressed their love for the group in turn in a special video message and a placard event, drawing tears from the members.

Chanmi announces withdrawal from 5dolls and CCM

Chanmi has announced her withdrawal from her group 5dolls and agency, Core Contents Media.

On February 17th, the singer revealed the news on her personal Twitter saying, "Hello, this is Chanmi. First of all, thank you so much for those who are always giving me incredible love and supports."

She continued, "My contract with my current company (Core Contents Media) has been terminated, so I am no longer in 5dolls. I'm working hard to find a new agency so I can stand in front of you again."

"I'd also like to express thanks to those who have been waiting for me for a long time. Nothing was decided yet, but when my next agency gets decided, I will do my best to develop into a better artist."

B.A.P reveals making of “One Shot” MV from Seoul

After releasing the BTS footage for filming in the Philippines, B.A.P has now revealed the making-of footage of "One Shot" music video from Seoul.

Released on February 18, the new clip showed the B.A.P members playing jokes with each other during the shoot as well as mini interviews from the boys.

The dramatic 7-minute music video for "One Shot" is said to have taken place in Korea and Philippines, and approximately 1 billion won and over 100 hours had been put into its production.

Se7en reveals video message for 10th Anniversary Talk Concert

Soloist Se7en will be holding a talk concert to celebrate his 10th anniversary before his enlistment. Prior to the event, the singer revealed a special video message to invite the fans to the upcoming meaningful event.

Following the series of concerts in Japan, Se7en will hold his talk concert titled 'Thank U' on March 9 in Seoul. This marks his first exclusive local concert in five years since his '747 Se7en for 2007' back in 2007.

Boyfriend to present Japan’s Fuji TV program

Idol group Boyfriend will present a TV program in Japan.

According to the group's official Japanese site, "Boyfriend Grand Operation", which is to be presented by the group, will air on the satellite channel Fuji TV Two on March 14 (White Day).

It is a variety show that will feature the members of the group trying to be the ideal man from the perspective of women.

Boyfriend, who made their debut in Japan in August last year, were also chosen to star in a romantic school comedy film 'Go Go Ikemen 5" that will be released this coming summer.

Their third single "Hitomi's Melody", which is to be released on March 27, has been selected as the ending theme song for the popular animantion "Detective Conan" that will air starting February 16.

TVXQ's Changmin cried after reading a comic?

In the broadcast of KBS's "Moonlight Prince" on February 12th, Changmin shared that there's a character in "Slam Dunk" that he found similar to himself.

When he was asked which character was that, he ansnwered,"It's Soichiro Jin. Although he didn't have much talent, but because of his tireless effort, later he became a 3 points striker. At this point, I can relate myself to him"

Changmin also recalled the time when he was in 5th grade, when he first discovered "Slam Dunk". Although he was very young back then, but because of the passion annd enthusiasm of those characters in the comic, he used to cry when reading the comic.

A mistake was spotted in "That Winter, The Wind Blows"

Netizens with their sharp eyes spotted a mistake in SBS's drama "That Winter,The Wind Blows".

In the third episode that was aired on February 14th, Secretary Wang (On Young's stepmother) took the chance while Oh Soo (Jo In Sung) was out and went through his personal things to confirm his identity.

In this scene, he took out his passport, ID card and driver's license. The mistake that netizen spotted was his birthday. On his ID card and passport, it was February 18th,1984 while on his driver's license it was September 12th,1979, but somehow secretary Wang and also the screenwriter didn't notice this either.

In addition, "That Winter, The Wind Blows" is gaining attention thanks for the interesting storyline and acting from the casts, also for the OST that is sung by Super Junior's Yesung.

FNC Entertainment has finally issued an official apology on behalf of the CNBLUE members regarding the copyright violation controversy with a Korean indie band, Crying Nut.

On February 15, the agency posted an apology on its official website, "Hello, this is FNC Entertainment. First, we would like to thank all the fans who have always supported and sent love to our artists."

"Without excuse, we admit it is the agency's fault that we let our signed artists go on stage without correctly confirming the music source during the hectic circumstances of the live music show. We also regret that we did not realize beforehand to react on time for the broadcasted portion to be released into a DVD without our intentions, causing the present issue. On behalf of the members, we sincerely apologize to the sunbae Crying Nut for causing them trouble through such a process."

The agency continued, "We deeply sympathize with the raised concerns and we promise to strive to prevent such an incident from happening again. However, regarding the DVD, as expressed multiple times through the media and the network's statement, we would like to clarify again that our agency did not participate in its commercial production."

"Reflecting on this incident, we will try our hardest so that it will not happen again, and we will continue to do our best to foster live stages in music shows. We apologize again to our fans who are very concerned about this issue, and we will try our utmost to smoothly conclude this incident. We will take responsibility to the best of our ability. Thank you."

FNC Entertainment and CNBLUE were being sued for infringing on copyright laws after CNBLUE performed Crying Nut's song "Offside" without permission on 'M!Countdown' back in 2010, which went on to be recorded and sold in Japan through a DVD.

2NE1 members to appear in 4 different fashion magazines

All four members of 2NE1 will be showcasing their unique charms in four different fashion magazines.

YG Entertainment shared some of each member's solo cuts from their upcoming issues of the fashion editorials of Elle, Allure, Harper's Bazaar and Marie Claire. This will be the first time ever for a girl group with each member individually participating in a different magazine's photoshoot.

In the cuts, Sandara showed her feminine charms for Elle. Park Bom transformed into a spring goddess fro Allure. CL went bold with an eye catching pictorial in Harper's Bazaar and Minzy appealed with a mature, sophisticated charm for Marie Claire.

B2ST’s Junhyung to star in new drama ‘Monstar’

B2ST's Yong Junhyung will be making his small screen debut through upcoming Mnet's music drama 'Monstar'.

The drama, which is set to air starting in April, is a music drama portraying the story of the growth of a high school rock band members, and their efforts to debut and become superstars. Junhyung will appear as Yoon Seol Chan, the main vocalist of the group, who has a very cold and cynical personality.

A producer of the drama stated, "Junhyung was the best fit as an idol singer that can compose and lyricize his own songs, just like the drama's character. This is the rapper's very first attempt in acting, but you can look forward to his great passion."

The first episode of 'Monstar' is scheduled to air on April 6.

Tritops releases MV teaser for “Too Foolish For You…”

As previously reported, the producer will reveal its new project group, 'Absurd' with 3 most anticipated rappers including B2ST's Junhyung, EXID's LE and Big Star's FeelDog.

'Absurd' will be a 19-rated project, where the music is said to have a strong hip hop sound and has straightforward and profane lyrics.

SHINee releases CSI video for “Dream Girl” comeback
