Since “Gentleman” has only been out for a short time, he has yet to calculate the profit and sales figures. However, Psy has gone ahead and decided to donate 500 million KRW of the profits from his ‘HAPPENING‘ concert as well as adding in his own money.
The reason why he chose to donate such a big amount is because he wanted to give back to the fans who’d shown him unending support. He said, “The love that’s big as the sky that I get from my fans is very heavy. Of course I’m going to keep giving back with good music, but I also want to lead in donating continuously and work hard for those who are neglected in the world.”
His donations will be used to help children with cancer. He’d been thinking hard about where to donate his money, and made his decision after he saw the various donations that other celebrities made, including the one Yang Hyun Suk made himself.
Looks like Psy really is a gentleman.

Junho wrote on Twitter to express his disappointment and wrote, “I feel suffocated that the dream stage that was put together through everyone’s hard work has been turned into nothing over a photo even I find to be ridiculous. It’s obvious someone made a mistake, and I have nothing to say since that mistake was ours.”
He added, “I feel pained that the hearts of the staff who worked hard for the stage, and especially the hearts of the fan’s who completely and brightly filled up the large venue for 2 days has been dulled in one moment, so I am writing this.”
JYP Entertainment had already apologized for the mishap, commenting, “It was a mistake on the agency's part and we apologize. The majority of the agency staff were present at the concert, and since the time was tight for sending the press release to media outlets, we had an outside company color correct the photos. The error in the photo wasn’t spotted during this time and it was added to our official press release.“

The cast of the MBC drama was present for the press conference at the Gyeonggido Culture Land. On her two co-stars, Shin Se Kyung commented, “I have a romance line with Song Seung Hun and Yeon Woo Jin. Seung Hun oppa has a lot of childish elements, so when I see him, I can’t help but smile. But when I see Woo Jin oppa, my heart starts beating all of a sudden.”
When asked about who she would pick for her character, she answered, “If it were up to me, I’d pick Yeon Woo Jin. But Seo Mi Do [her character] has a lot of personal pain, such as her family, so she has a lot of points when she does things that aren’t easy to understand. Because of her wishy-washy attitude, there are times when she’s criticized by the viewers. But I started this knowing she’d be criticized. I hope a lot of people can see from her perspective.”
Currently, the drama ranks #1 in the Wednesday-Thursday drama slot.

Calling all talented hopefuls! The audition show which you all know and love as ‘K-Pop Star‘ is coming back for a third season!
An SBS representative confirmed, “‘K-Pop Star 3′ has been confirmed and is expected to change its usual time slot to Friday. But since there are still five months left until it is supposed to air, the time slot of the show has not been finalized yet. ‘K-Pop Star’ usually airs for 90 minutes per episode, so it is unlikely that the show will be able to fit into the 60-minute opening between weekend dramas. A Cube Entertainment previously announced through a press release that the idol had decided to leave after much thought to focus on her education. Since then, there have been questions and speculations flooding in regarding Yookyung’s admittance into university as well as if she voluntarily left or if the agency decided on her departure.
Regarding the speculations about whether Yookyung had received special treatment when accepted into her university, A Cube Entertainment shot down the rumors, commenting, “The person who is having the most difficult time right now is Yookyung, but even then, there are rumors and speculations pouring in about her university admittance… Yookyung took the same steps and process as other students, and it was not through special admittance.”
In addition, two ambiguous posts, from whom netizens speculate to be Yookyung’s father, caused questions about whether Yookyung’s leave really is actually to focus on studies or whether she was kicked out.
The posts read, “Since we live only once, we shouldn’t betray [one another]. It will come back to us like a boomerang. That’s how the world works,” and “@yookyunggom Thank you for these past times.. and sorry about you having to work hard to run ‘hongyookyungdotcom’. It will be hard for Yookyung too. Just suddenly received the notice a month ago… Please be healthy and become successful.”
Since the posts left things up for interpretation due to their ambiguous nature, some fans raised questions about whether the first post was referring to Yookyung’s leave and whether “just suddenly received the notice a month ago” meant that Yookyung and her family were suddenly notified by the agency of their decision to replace her. However, others also took it to mean that Yookyung’s father was talking about having received notice from his daughter about her own decision a month ago.
When contacted about these posts and whether this account really belonged to Yookyung’s father, A Cube commented, “It’s something we need to be cautious about.. We have to check into this.” They also added, “After her leave, rumors are following. We’re just worried for Yookyung with all these baseless rumors floating around.”
