Currently busy with his musical and overseas schedules, actor Joo Won might be adding another big screen project to his list as he is currently in talks for upcoming movie tentatively titled 'Fashion King'.

According to Joo Won's agency Sim Entertainment, "Joo Won has not signed yet but he's positively reviewing the movie 'Fashion King'. The decision will be made by the end of October or early November."

'Fashion King' is based on the popular web-cartoon of the same name. It portrays the story of a male student named Woo Gi Myung who becomes interested in fashion and tries to get along with the prettiest girl of his class.

Kim Woo Bin releases ‘expressions’ calendar

Actor Kim Woo Bin put on many realistic faces for the 'expressions' calendar with clothing brand 'Buckaroo' which he is currently modeling for.

Kim Woo Bin is currently active as advertisement model for the brand's 2013 F/W collection, and he showed different facial expressions for each days of a week.

The calendar started the week off with annoyance and tiredness. Kim Woo Bin gets anxious on Wednesday and shows excitement on Thursday and Friday. Forgetting his exhaustion, he is feeling more than happiness on Saturday while starts getting depressed again on Sunday.

Ailee holds successful debut showcase in Japan

To celebrate her debut, Ailee held a showcase in Tokyo's Shibuya O-East Japan's Shibuya ahead of her new album 'Heaven' release in the country.

The showcase opened to the cheers of 1,300 fans who had been selected by lottery. For about an hour, Ailee performed songs like "Heaven", "Show You", "Umbrella", "If I Ain't Got You" and others. For an encore, she sang "Heaven" in Japanese amidst cheers by Japanese fans.

Her Japanese agency, Good Day Entertainment, said, "We had planned for around 1,000 people at the showcase, there were so many fans and experts who couldn't get in. The interest in Ailee among Japanese fans have exceeded our expectations."

After the showcase, Ailee then spent the next few days recording television and radio shows as well as interviews. Also, commemorative events of the single release will be held in Fukuoka, Sapporo, Osaka, Nagoya and Tokyo.

Meanwhile, Ailee will release her Japanese debut single 'Heaven' on November 6th.

Super Junior’s Kyuhyun reveals his thoughts on leaving ‘Mama Mia’

On October 27th broadcast of KBS 2TV variety show 'Mamma Mia', Super Junior's Kyuhyun wrapped up his 5-month hosting duty and revealed his thoughts on leaving the show.

At the end of the show, Kyuhyun shared, "I recorded 'Mamma Mia' for nearly 20 times and I learned a lot from Park Mi Sun noona, and Lee Young Ja noona. My love for family has grown deeper and I got to call my mom more often. It was a nice experience."

Kyuhyun had to leave 'Mamma Mia' after a fall reshuffling by KBS as the show was shifted to Wednesday night, which is the same timeslot as 'Radio Star' where he's currently appearing.

Lee Young Ja also teased Kyuhyun saying that he should ditch 'Radio Star' for 'Mamma Mia' instead, but Kyuhyun said, "I was there for two years, so I can't because of loyalty."

T-ara wants fans to pick jacket image for new single

T-ara will be coming back with another single in December and they are asking fans which jacket image they like the best for the girls' upcoming retro track "What Should I Do".

Core Contents Media revealed that from the 28th to the 30th, T-ara fans will have the opportunity to vote for the jacket image for T-ara's "What Should I Do" on the group's official fan cafe. The most popular jacket image will be used for the official single.

Also, five lucky fans who vote in the contest will be invited to take part in the "What Should I Do" music video filming and will be able to experience the song and concept before anyone else.

Meanwhile, T-ara will release "What Should I Do" on December 2. The song is a remake of the 1997 hit song "What Should I Do" by the Sand Pebbles, to be rearranged by Shinsadong Tiger to add a new modern twist.

G-Dragon shows his loyalty to YG Entertainment

Big Bang's G-Dragon recently talked about his relationship with YG Entertainment.

G-Dragon appeared on the October 26th broadcast of KBS 2TV 'Entertainment Weekly' for an interview. When the reporter asked, "Do you plan to be signed with YGE forever", he jokingly replied, "I am still young."

The reporter continued, "Would you want to go to JYP Entertainment?". G-Dragon answered, "I don't think I'll go to another agency. YG is like family", expressing his loyalty to YG Entertainment.

About the founder of YG, Yang Hyun Suk, he commented, "I have known him for so long and I see him very frequently. We have a lot of chance to talk and I feel very close to him."

During the interview, G-Dragon also explained why there were so many surveillance cameras at the YG building. He shared, "There are so many rooms in the building, and it is very difficult to find the artists and staff. So, our boss installed it to make things a bit easier."

G-Dragon jokingly added, "It was also for a better communication, but I feel like being watched. When you're sleeping, he contacts you asking why you're sleeping."

Dal Shabet’s Jiyul suffers from an ankle injury

It has been belatedly revealed that Dal Shabet's Jiyul has suffered from an ankle injury, leading the group to temporarily promote with five members.

According to Happy Face Entertainment, "Jiyul missed her step while walking down the stairs on October 24th and injured her right ankle. She will be focusing on the recovery for the time being."

Due to her injury, Jiyul will not be able to stand on stage with Dal Shabet members at the 'WAPOP' event held in Seoul Uhrinyi Park Dome Art Hall every Saturday.

The Gwiyomi Song is a K-pop single by South Korean singer Hari and was released on February 18, 2013. The song went on to be a viral success after Korean Media outlet Sports Seoul uploaded a clip of Hari performing the gestures and singing the song. This video has since inspired many Asian netizens to upload their own versions onto the internet.

On February 18, 2013, a song called the "Gwiyomi song" was released by South Korean singer Hari. What is 'GWIYOMI' wave ?

After "Gangnam Style" and"Harlem Shake" taken over the world by storm, it seems like people are never going to get enough of the dancing craze as yet another dance move has gone viral on the web.

According to our source, the new dance craze, the "Gwiyomi Player", has recently become the latest web-viral sensation among Thai teenagers. "Gwiyomi" translated into English means someone who is cute hence the new dance craze literally means "cute player".

The internet meme is originated from Korean boy band Btob's member Jung Ilhoon who created a series of hand movements accompanying the song "Gwiyomi Song". The song was sung by Korean female artist HARI which describes the love of a girl and a boy.

The dance is also called as "1+1=Gwiyomi" and many Kpop stars including EXO K's Sehun, Miss A's Suzy, Girls' Generation's Soo Young, Infinite's Sung Kyu, SISTAR's Soyou and more have jumped into the trend and garnered a lot of attention from the teenage fans especially overseas fans.

Many have uploaded videos of themselves doing the 50-second dance routine on the YouTube social network and a Thai netizen commented"Goodbye Harlem Shake, Hello Kiyomi." Another poster wrote "It's the new Gangnam Style."

Crayon Pop to hold free concert

Crayon Pop is set to open their first-ever concert.

On October 30, Crayon Pop will hold their first concert titled '1st PopCon in Seoul' at the Nuritkum Square in Sangam-dong and hit air on MBC Music on November 12 at 11PM KST.

The concert will be free of charge. Chrome Entertainment stated, "We produced the concert free of charge in hopes of giving back fans' support and people will be able to enjoy Crayon Pop's performances."

Bumkey, MYNAME, 100% and The SEEYA will also perform as special guests during the concert.

Jo Jung Chi talks about wedding plans with Jung In

YG’s new group WINNER to debut simultaneously in Japan and Korea

YG Entertainment's new boy group WINNER will be making a debut simultaneously in both Japan and Korea.

The debut survival program 'WIN: Who Is Next' completed its run on October 25th and Team A's Kang Seung Yoon, Song Min Ho, Kim Jin Woo, Lee Seung Hun and Nam Tae Hyun earned victory over Team B. They're set to be the first new boy group of YG in seven years since Big Bang.

According to Japanese media outlet Sankei Sports, YG Entertainment's founder Yang Hyun Suk announced that WINNER will be performing in the opening stages of Big Bang's Dome Tour which will kick off on November 16. Yang Hyun Suk stated, "We are hoping the debut of WINNER will be made both in Korea and Japan simultaneously. They will be recording their songs in Japanese as well."

He added, "WINNER will be able to bear fruit in Japan earlier than Big Bang did", showing his confidence to his latest boy group.

Leader Kang Seung Yoon also revealed his excitement saying, "I am very excited to visit different places in Japan that I had seen in TV dramas or movies."
