Known for bringing fantastic cover song each week, LEDApple has now returned with another cover performance for this week's episode of LEDApple's 'Music Note'.

On October 8th, LEDApple's Hanbyul released a cover of Avicii's "Wake Me Up" on the group's official Youtube channel. Hanbyul once again impressed the fans with his emotional and soulful voice.

FT Island’s Lee Hong Ki to sing theme song for ‘The Heirs’

FT Island's vocalist Lee Hong Ki will be lending his voice for the soundtrack of SBS latest star-studded drama series, 'The Heirs'.

According to FNC Entertainment, Lee Hong Ki will sing the drama's main theme song "Tell You What" (translated title). To be released online on October 9th, the OST single is a catchy love song with funky rhythm and guitar sound, a trademark sound Lee Hong Ki's powerful vocal.

Meanwhile, 'The Heirs' which stars Lee Min Ho, Park Shin Hye, Kim Woo Bin, Krystal, Minhyuk and Hyungsik, is set to premiere on October 9th.

JYJ Jaejoong’s first solo album #1 on 6 different charts in Japan

JYJ member Kim Jaejoong's upcoming first full-length album has taken six crowning titles on Japan's Rakuten.

On October 7th, C-JeS Entertainment revealed, "Jaejoong's first solo regular album, which will be released in late October, has become the most ordered product on online shopping website of Japan called Rakkuten."

The album also also become the most ordered product by women, the most ordered CD/DVD, the most ordered CD/DVD by women, the most ordered CD and the most ordered product in the Asia/K-POP section, for a total of six crowning titles.

Singapore's famous magazine, called 'My Paper', also made a detailed report about Jaejoong's first solo album, and the achievements that he made in Japan.

Kim Jaejoong's first full-length album is set to be released later this month and he will kick off his Asia tour starting on November 2nd in Seoul.

TOPP DOGG introduces members B-Joo and Hojoon

Stardom Entertainment is preparing to debut its latest hip hop group, TOPP DOGG, and they introduced its first two members, B-Joo and Hojoon.

The group consists of thirteen members and will be the first boy group for Stardom Entertainment since Block B left the agency. While they already showcased their sound with a few mixtape tracks, it is said that TOPP DOGG will have a different concept than Block B.

TOPP DOGG will be making its official debut on October 24th.

Dal Shabet’s Woohee and Ahyoung cast in new dramas

Dal Shabet members Woohee and Ahyoung has been cast in two new dramas.

Ahyoung will star as lead in the romantic web drama 'Unfamiliar Day' along with actor Choi Woo Sik. The drama revolves around a novelist Chae Man Shik (Choi Woo Sik) who time travels to the future and meets a girl named Lee Ji Eun (Ahyoung).

Also, Woohee will try her hand at acting through the SNS drama 'Infinite Power', which is based off of the popular webtoon of the same name. Woohee plays the high school girl Han Soo Ja, who lost her mother and gave up her dreams of college in order to look after her father and younger brother.

It's interesting that they are starring in web and SNS dramas and not on TV especially with the viewing percentage is very limited in these areas. However, Ayoung and Woohee want to star in these dramas to emphasize their benefits and create a positive result.

Eunjung takes part in arrangement of T-ara’s title track “I Know the Feeling”

Eunjung was revealed to have participated in the arrangement of one of T-ara's upcoming title tracks "I Know the Feeling".

According to Core Contents Media, "T-ara's title track 'I Know the Feeling' was composed by Baek Deok Sang. He also worked on the acoustic arrangement of the song in collaboration with T-ara's own member Eunjung."

Eunjung shared, "I took part in the arrangement for a T-ara song for the first time, and I had fun. I carefully prepared for it and I am excited for the fans to hear it. The acoustic guitar melody shows off a different side of us, and is a good song for autumn season. I hope everyone likes 'Number 9' and 'I Know the Feeling'."

TS Entertainment denies SECRET Sunhwa’s plastic surgery rumors

SECRET's Han Sunhwa was recently caught up in plastic surgery rumors after viewers noticed a change on her appearance on KBS' 'Hello'. However, TS Entertainment denied the claims, stating that is was due to her change in makeup and diet.

On October 7, Han Sunhwa appeared as guest on 'Hello' with her fellow members Song Jieun. Netizens have pointed out that something looked slightly different about her, especially the thickness of double eyelids and more defined jaw line, raising speculations of a surgery.

TS Entertainment came to her defense, saying, "SECRET recently switched salons and Han Sunhwa's change in appearance is just the effects of different makeup and her diet. She didn't receive any cosmetic surgery or procedure."

CNBLUE's Jung Yonghwa has transformed from a rookie VJ to a charismatic boss in the latest stills for the anticipated KBS drama, 'Future Choice'.

In the revealed stills, Yonghwa is seen donning a dark striped three-piece suit and tie. He also brought out his confidence and charisma as the grandson of the broadcast station's CEO, Park Sae Ju, who went undercover as the firm's rookie VJ.

‘No Breathing’ gets fans excited with new trailer

The production team for the most anticipated movie 'No Breathing' has released a new two-minute trailer, heightening up excitement of the fans.

The trailer features the two fiery swimming competitors, Seo In Guk and Lee Jong Suk. Seo In Guk will take up the role of swimming genius Won Il, while Lee Jong Suk will play the role of Woo Sang, who is an ambitious, young swimmer but always comes in second place.

'No Breathing' is a story about swimming competition, and depicts the friendship and rivalry between two national team representatives. The film which also stars Girls' Generation's Yuri, is scheduled to be released on October 31.

Getting fans more excited, SHINee has just unveiled another video teaser for upcoming track "Everybody".

"Everybody" is a 'Complextro' number with catchy melody and funky rhythm. The song sings about memories of childhood which are all deeply hidden in everyone's hearts.

The choreography of "Everybody" was designed Tony Testa, who is one of the most well-known choreographer in the world. He also worked with SHINee for the choreography of the group's past hits "Sherlock" and "Dream Girl".

DSP Media responds to KARA Nicole’s message

Nicole recently posted a long message on Twitter expressing her great desire to continue promoting as a member of KARA even after her contract with DSP Media expires next January.

On October 7th, DSP Media responded to Nicole's message stating, "Nicole's message suprised both the agency and the rest of the members of KARA. She personally wrote the message and she never consulted us about it. It seems we will have to have future discussions regarding about it."

In her long, heartfelt message, Nicole expressed her hope to continue promoting with KARA, "Contract with DSP isn't a contract as KARA only but it's also a contract as an artist. Although I won't be an artist with my company, I believe I can search for a solution to be able to continue with the group that I've been together until now."

It has been revealed that Yang Hyun Suk of YG Entertainment and Baek Chang Joo of C-JeS Entertainment met up in secret at the end of September. The meeting immediately piqued the public's interest and raised speculation of possible partnership.

Many people were curious on what kinds of conversations the heads of two large companies had during the secret meeting. The rumors of possible partnership surfaced especially after the recent merging of big entertainment agencies, SM Entertainment and Woollim Entertainment, as well as the partnership between Cube Entertainment and iHQ.

However, representatives from both sides stated that the meeting was just a casual meet-up between two friends. "The two CEOs only gathered together for a simple meal. It was only a meeting to exchange greetings, nothing more or less."

Yoo Hee Yeol to replace BoA as judge on ‘K-Pop Star 3’

After the reports that SM Entertainment will back out from the upcoming third season of popular SBS audition program 'K-Pop Star', it has been confirmed that BoA will be replaced by Yoo Hee Yeol.

At a press conference for 'K-Pop Star 3' held in Mokdong on October 8th, Yoo Hee Yeol was announced to replace BoA as judge on the survival audition show along with YG Entertainment's Yang Hyun Suk and JYP Entertainment's Park Jin Young.

Yoo Hee Yeol will start as the new judge in the third season of 'K-Pop Star', which will begin filming in mid-October.

IU achieves an all-kill on music charts

Female soloist IU has just released her third studio album 'Modern Times' and immediately took over the Korean music charts, achieving an all-kill status.

Just hours after the release of her comeback, IU's title track "Red Shoes" has jumped straight to the top of various local music charts including Olleh, Mnet, Daum, Soribada, Melon, Cyworld, Bugs, Monkey3 and more.
