Super Junior's Choi Siwon has graced the cover of the November issue of fashion magazine 'Arena Homme+'.

In the pictorial, Siwon showed his strong and masculine charms donning edgy outfits and suits, complete with some facial hair to give a more mature image. Just like his role from upcoming Chinese action movie, confidently pulled off a 'tough guy' image.

Meanwhile, Siwon is currently preparing with Super Junior for their 'Super Show 5 World Tour' in Manila, Philippines on October 24th.

4minute’s Sohyun to make a big screen debut

4minute member Sohyun will make a debut to the big screen next year.

According to Cube Entertainment, Sohyun has been cast for the lead role in new Korean comic drama film 'Hwanggu'. She will play the role of Misoo, a bright and high-spirited college student who will support her biracial boyfriend Han Goo through his hardships to challenge the national taekwondo title.

'Hwanggu' will mark Sohyun's first individual activity ever since 4minute's debut four years ago and it also signifies her debut on screen.

Sohyun said, "It will be my very first individual activities. I feel as if my heart would explode because of the excitement of being part of such great work. I will do my best to meet everyone's warmest anticipation."

SISTAR’s Hyorin to make solo debut this year

With previous reports that Hyorin may be standing before her fans as a solo artist, it has now been confirmed that the SISTAR's main vocalist will be making a solo debut this year.

On October 22, Starship Entertainment stated, "It is true that Hyorin is currently preparing for a solo album. The concept and production are in the final stages but we haven't decided a specific date of release."

According to some reports, Hyorin's solo album is scheduled for a November release. Known for her powerful vocals, many fans are anticipating what kind of songs Hyorin will showcase with her solo album.

Girls’ Generation’s Yuri disappointed at the lack of kiss scenes in ‘No Breathing’

Girls' Generation's Yuri recently expressed her disappointment at the lack of kiss scenes in her new movie 'No Breathing'.

On October 22, Yuri attended a press conference for 'No Breathing' at the CGV Wangsimni Theaters alongside her co-stars, including Lee Jong Suk, Seo In Guk and Park Chul Min, as well as the film's director.

During the press conference, Yuri mentioned the lack of a kiss scene in the movie, saying, "I had some disappointment regarding a kiss scene. Instead of kiss scenes, there are a lot of refreshing scenes, so I filmed with a happy heart."

When asked to pick one person out of the two co-actors Lee Jong Suk and Seo In Guk, Yuri smiled and answered, "I'm happy just thinking about it. Do I have to choose?"

Girls' Generation's Taeyeon left fans buzzing with her latest post, hinting at upcoming comeback.

On October 22, the leader posted on her Instagram, "Today's recording is over too (peace) We're in the midst of album preparations too! It will be released soon! It's not that I didn't focus it on purpose, it's broken hehe", and shared a blurry photo of lyric sheets.

During a brief interview with Danny for his weekly show 'Danny from LA' back in August, Taeyeon, Sunny and Tiffany revealed that Girls' Generation is preparing for an album, possibly to be released in fall or winter.

Brand New Music's rapper Kanto is preparing to release his debut single "What You Want" and it has been announced that Sunggyu will be participating in the music video along with RiSe of Ladies' Code.

Sunggyu will mark his first musical featuring in rapper Kanto's debut single. According to the agency, Sunggyu's charming and distinctive vocal makes the track more complete.

IU confirmed to star in ‘Pretty Man’

Having performed well in weekend drama 'You're the Best, Lee Soon Shin', IU is coming back to the small screen through KBS 'Pretty Man'.

On October 22nd, a press release confirmed that after recent discussions, IU has been casted as the female lead, Kim Bo Tong in KBS' upcoming new drama, 'Pretty Boy'.

Like her name which means 'normal', IU is an ordinary girl but has a lovable charm. She has a crush on Dokgo Ma Tae (Jang Geun Suk), and will find herself in a love triangle with David Choi, played by Lee Jang Woo.

Based on a comic book of the same name by renowned Korean cartoonist Chon Kye Young, 'Pretty Man' will tell the story of Dokgo Ma Tae, the prettiest boy in the world, who wants to gain money and power by using his beauty.

Meanwhile, 'Pretty Man' will air on November 20.
